Bone Dining Table
The Bone Table is primarily inspired by timber framing—a traditional method of building that was once commonplace in the construction of homes and barns.
Key joints in this table are secured with wedges and tapered pegs without any glue. With no mechanical hardware, all you need to put it together or take it apart is a mallet.
The two stretchers of the table are locked in place with white oak wedges. Since it’s a glueless joint, the wedges can be taken apart for disassembly, or further tightened to account for wood contraction in colder months of the year. The same applies to the oak pegs at the top sections of the base.
Handmade in Brooklyn, NY with FSC certified ash and white oak.
